Our daughter uses this cell phone service.
I took her picture going into the Cingular store.
Her cell phone died and she only had it for about six months.
They weren't much help though. They just gave us a brochure with a number to call.
Yes they did replace the phone, but it was a little bit of a hassle getting through to the cell phone repair. Overall, I think my daughter is pretty satisfied with the service.
